Employee opens StaffE and taps Clock in
The app checks the phone location against the branch radius you set and takes a quick selfie. No cards, no shared devices.

Breaks and clock out
Break start and end are recorded the same way. StaffE validates the order so a reversed break can never inflate hours.

Exceptions are flagged
Late arrival, early out, out of zone and missing clock out are marked on the record and pushed to the supervisor.

Hours flow into payroll
Worked hours, OT and absences are computed from the schedule and carried straight into the payslip.

Common questions
What if the phone has no signal?
The clock in is queued and sent when the connection returns, with the original time kept.
Can office staff skip clock in?
Yes. Turn off Require clock in on the employee and payroll treats them as monthly salaried without attendance deductions.
